In the I Spy series a polaroid bursts out of another as the body clashes with scene’s from Chicago’s environment. Through an aggressive puncturing and scratching manual technique, the I Spy series creates a photographic Frankenstein: skin/bone and the built environment forcefully brought together with an aggressive character, similarly to the increasingly hostile urban planning of the city.
